College Aggies Online

Friday, October 16th, 2009

The Animal Ag Alliance is launching a program called “College Aggies Online” and is a contest for college students involved in ag clubs across the country. Students create personal accounts on our Web site and upload ag-related photos, blogs, videos, etc to share their story of agriculture. We are very excited about the opportunity to help young people speak out about ag online and think this would be a great experience for future ag communicators such as yourself and your members!  There are sponsorship opportunities, too, if you think that would be something you would be interested in!

The Progressive Dairy Publishing has a great opportunity for future communicators to write for a bigger audience than just a classroom. We have a young woman from Ohio doing just that now http://proudtodairy.ning.com/profiles/blogs/member-feature-october-the and there are other ways that students can be involved. If there are other ACT members that want to blog on our website, please contact:
