National ACT Officer Application

The National ACT organization is seeking candidates for president, vice president, secretary/treasurer, member relations coordinator, and communications coordinator for the upcoming academic year. A candidate may indicate two desired office positions on the application. The application for the 2024-2025 National ACT officer team will be posted along with details about each position in May 2024. You will need to download the application. You can apply for officer positions by submitting the application and resume to nact.president@gmail.com by 9 p.m., the day prior to the National ACT business meeting at the Agricultural Media Summit in early August 2024. An exact date will be posted when the schedule for the conference is released.

We will make the applications and resumes available for National ACT student members to review prior to voting during the business meeting. Voting for the National ACT officer candidates will occur during the National ACT Business Meeting during Ag Media Summit. In the event there are no national officer applications for an open position, nominations will be taken from the floor during elections. Each chapter, in good-standing, gets one vote for each officer position, so each chapter appoints one delegate who will attend the business meeting and cast votes for the officer positions. If you have questions, please email Kensie Darst-Todd at nact.president@gmail.com or Ms. Taylor Kennedy at nact.adviser@gmail.com.
