Call for Proposed Amendments to the National ACT Constitution and Bylaws

National ACT is now accepting proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws ahead of the 2025 Summer Business Meeting, which will take place on Monday, July 29.

All proposed amendments must be submitted by Saturday, June 29, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. CST in accordance with the organization’s governing documents.

To submit a proposal, email nact.adviser@gmail.com with the subject line:
National ACT Amendment Proposal – [Chapter Name]

Each proposal should include:

• The article and section you wish to amend
• The proposed new language, with any additions or deletions clearly marked
• A brief explanation of the reasoning behind the suggested change

All properly submitted proposals will be reviewed and distributed to chapters no later than Monday, July 15, 2025.
