Student and Associate Membership

Dues are $25 per member (undergraduate and graduate students), $25 per associate member (faculty members in agricultural communications or related programs, including chapter advisers).  All dues for the fall must be submitted by October 31, 2025. Chapters that submit their membership roster by October 31 and are in the process of paying their dues during the fall semester will have voting privileges at official business meetings. Chapters that have not submitted rosters and payment information by the October 31 deadline will not be given voting privileges at official business meetings. New members can pay dues and be added to chapter rosters anytime throughout the academic year. Individual member dues are considered rolling throughout the entire year.

If you do not belong to a chapter, you can join the National ACT by paying your student dues via check and completing the form linked below. 

Steps for Chapter Membership

1. Download and complete the 2025-2026 National ACT membership roster spreadsheet.
   • Submit the file as a .CSV to the form linked below. Please be sure to include the email addresses of students and adviser(s) so we are able to send communications to your membership.
2. Upload your completed chapter membership roster .CSV to our Google Form. 
3. Submit payment via check to Dr. Shelly Legg at Oklahoma State University.

Mailing a Check

Checks can be made out to “National ACT.” For chapters: we encourage one check If you are a student paying your membership with a personal check, write your chapter/university name in the memo line. Mail the check to Dr. Legg:
